Hi, my name is Monick.

I have been a First Aid instructor for 8 years.

Recently I became a qualified Counsellor.

I was in various Healthcare sectors for a number of years prior to joining First Aid New Zealand.

I enjoy my current line of work as it directly improves the world we live in.

In my classes I include practical scenarios including realistic injuries staged by participating students. These simulations greatly improve students confidence and are great fun!

In my spare time I enjoy the great outdoors.

I also like doing marathons and hiking and a bit of time at the beach is always good for the soul.

 Preserve life, promote recovery.

My name is Janine Cullen.  I have a Bachelor of Health Science and am a qualified adult educator with a career that started in Pharmacy and evolved into Clinical Neuro Muscular Therapy.  I’ve been a First Aider since age 13, including onsite at events and a teacher since the 1990’s (with First Aid NZ ltd since 2014).  Being active in First Aid situations and knowing how long an ambulance can take to arrive has made me a passionate first aid instructor.
